By now you all know by now that I am visiting my daughters these days. These are precious moments of my life. I am loving the fact that although my two little girls are all grown up now, somethings haven’t changed at all. One of them is their requests to prepare their favorite dishes. Ofcourse every mother loves to make her kids their favorite meal. So the other day I was requested to make their favorite Slaw Sandwich. This is the 3rd variation of the Beta-Carotene Salad. Yes, I have used the Beta-Carotene salad is the main ingredient and made three different dishes with it. Nice and easy.
So today we are using the Eggfree Vegetable Slaw as a spread in between the sandwiches. Incase you don’t know what I am talking about, please refer to the hyperlinks.
- Prepare the Beta-Carotene Salad
- Prepare the Eggfree Vegetable Slaw
- Take a slice of bread and generously spread the Egg free Vegetable Slaw. Place another slice of bread and the sandwich is ready.
- Enjoy it for a quick and healthy breakfast or lunch. The salad and slaw can be made ahead of time for those busy days.
