Traditional recipe requires fermenting time of at least 6 hours. So if you ever wish to make instant dhokla with some healthy goodness , this is the recipe.
So by know, I am sure you all know that we love our Dhokla :D. We have tried various ingredients for Dhoklas like Cocktail Corn Dhokla, Peas Dhokla and now presenting new healthy ingredients Oats to make Dhokla .
Dhokla can be made using many different ingredients such as besan, moong and chana dal, etc. This variation is an instant dhokla without the fermentation process.
When I first thought of trying out Oats and Semolina Dhokla..I have to say I did not know how this would turn out.
The taste the texture the color..but have to say the outcome was very good :D. We all loved it .
