Hi again folks. Hope you all had a great weekend. We had a good one too. The weather has been great and we are finally glad that Spring is finally here. Little A is looking forward for more outdoor activities, museum trips, strawberry picking, kite flying trips to the beaches. Dr.Mistry is looking forward to all the weekend getaways and day trips. While I am looking forward to all the gardening and being out and about in the sun, need to get some Vitamin D and ofcourse all of the above fun with my boys. Tell me what do you typically do during spring time?
Getting back to the blog post as some of you saw that last week’s meal plan was a big hit. We had almost over 1000 downloads combining the meal plan template as well as the actual meal plan. We were so glad to see that a lot of you folks downloaded the meal plan and some of you even used it while others adapted some recipes from it. Also a big thanks to all of you who took the time out to comment and send us pictures of your meals prepared from the meal plan.
So this week we are back with another meal plan and this time it’s different. It’s going to be a different meal plan every week as we all know we can’t keep consuming the same food after all. So this week the theme is family style dinners. We realize that most of the times, dinner is the only time where the entire family enjoys a meal together. Lunches are usually either at work or school and for the stay at home moms, at home. So this week’s focus is on quick and easy Indian style dinners. The dinners offer a variations of meals from different parts of India, from East to West and North to South. It’s all about stepping out of our comfort zone and building our palettes right?
