Chatpati Carrot chutney
This chutney is so simple to make and is particularly excellent when served with Healthy mix dal, daliya &oats dosa OR Uttapam, vada or idlis . This Chutney is tangy, spicy and can take the dish to a whole new level 😀
Chutney is a typical Indian condiment which is a must have in your refrigerator. Chutneys can be made with several vegetables and fruits and each one has a unique taste.
My kids R2 & R3 love to eat it with Idli, Dosas, Chapati etc. I use it in wraps and sandwiches as a spread to give them an Indian kick.
One of my latest & R1 favorite use of this chutney is the ‘Carrot Rice’ that I make .Will share the recipe soon 🙂
I have said it so many times that homemade chutneys and sauces are cheaper and healthier than the store bought ones and don’t take too much time or effort to make. So make a batch of this delicious chutney today and save your family the trouble of eating all those extra preservative and chemicals.
