Homemade Hazelnut Chocolate Butter. Made with just three ingredients, this is so much healthier than any store-bought option. It's raw, vegan, gluten-free and ready in just 15 minutes in my newest appliance in the kitchen the NutraMilk.

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and NutraMilk, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #TheNutraMilk http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

Nut Butter in NutraMilk

Fancy a bite? These gorgeous little bites are made using my favorite, Hazelnut Chocolate Butter. Thanks to our newest appliance in the kitchen, the NutraMilk, we made my very own Hazelnut Chocolate Butter from scratch. If you haven't heard of the NutraMilk already, let me tell you, there is no other product like the NutraMilk on the market. It's our new best friend. One-of-a-kind!!! It's awesome because the NutraMilk makes it very easy for anyone to create their own fresh alternative milks and nut butters in just 7-12 minutes.  How good is that? If you are like us who like to enjoy food, but without any additives and emulsifiers, then this machine if for you. It's perfect for those who are health conscious, or with dietary needs or restrictions. No more evaluating labels and ingredients and getting frustrated when grocery shopping, make your own alternative milks and nut butters with the NutraMilk.

Alternative Milks and Butters

The minute the NutraMilk arrived, I knew I was going to try making my favorite Hazelnut Chocolate Butter. I mean who doesn't love a thick hazelnut-chocolatey spread on their toast in the morning. Especially when now it can be made healthy. So Dr.Mystery got me some Hazelnuts which I roasted and then tossed into the NutraMilk and let the magic begin. As the blades were spinning, we could enjoy the fresh nutty aroma of butter in our kitchen. In just 10 minutes, my pure, one ingredient hazelnut butter was ready. I didn't have to add anything extra to it, neither did I have to soak the nuts for hours. I admit I couldn't resist scooping a spoon of fresh butter from the jar. To the rest of the butter in the jar we added unsweetened cocoa powder and maple syrup and mixed these ingredients to the nut butter. I must say, I was really impressed by how in just 15 minutes, my favorite butter was ready. Homemade, natural, vegan, gluten-free & raw. As best as it could be.

Hazelnuts are rich in unsaturated fats - the good fat that lowers cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease. I always liked Hazelnut spreads all the unnecessary ingredients and sugar is what drove my crazy. I am glad, I finally found an alternative to make my own spreads and butters. Next I want to try making nut milks on my NutraMilk so stay tuned. In the meantime, since the holidays are here I wanted to sample a breakfast recipe using the Hazelnut Chocolate Butter, so I made these bite-sized Hazelnut Chocolate Toasts. Ever since little A had them for breakfast, he has been requesting me to make these for him every other morning. He is a fan of the peanut butter, but this is his new favorite. He is picky about eating nuts, so the good thing is that I can get him to consume nuts by making nut butters and flavoring them differently every single time. I have so many things lined up to try on this machine. So stay tuned.
