Add Oats and grind into a fine paste, add green chillies, salt ,hing & water as needed.
Batter should be of consistency where it spreads well on the griddle/pan and not to thick or thin.
Heat griddle and pour a ladle of batter and spread into a circle using the ladle.
Add oil /ghee or butter to the edges to make it crispy.
Cook Dosa till it is golden light brown .
To make a Topi dosa Cone shape ,Just cut the dosa from end to the middle of the dosa /crepe with a scissor, start to fold it from one side, keep rolling it till the end and it form a Cone /Topi .
