Crispy on the outside and perfectly soft and pillowy (yes i know this is not a word.. however i did not find a suitable word that could compare the softness) in the inside.
Though it appears like a snack or appetizer, it would be perfect to devour it for breakfast or dinner. You can always make them ahead of time if you have guest coming over 😀
This Quinoa & Lentil Vada are very similar to the Andhra Style Multi Lentil Garelu . Usually, this vada recipe is made from urad dal / lentils, chana dal / lentils, moong dal/lentils and Rice flour, however instead of rice flour I have used Quinoa .
This wholesome dish can be had along with Idlis, sambar for breakfast or as a snack during tea time.
