- 5-6 thin slices of cucumber
- 1 cherry tomato sliced
- 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Avocado Mash with Feta or Cotija Crumble or Paneer and Pomegranate Arils
- 1 tbsp crumbled Feta or Cotija cheese or Paneer
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
Instructions
How to make Avocado Toast
- Toasting: Toast your bread in a toaster or better yet air fry it for that perfectly crispy crunchy texture. Check out Air Fryer Toast Bread Recipe. While the bread is toasting prepare the mash.
- Scooping: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mashing: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add flavor: Stir in a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon to enhance the flavor and slow down browning.
- Spread the prepared mash over your crispy toast and pick your favorite topping from below.
For Avocado Mash with Chili Flakes: Sprinkle a generous amount of chili flakes on top or adjust the salt to taste.
For Spiralized Cucumber with Everything Bagel Seasoning: Layer spiralized cucumber over the avocado mash. Finish with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
