- 1-2 chopped jalapenos (seeded for less heat)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 medium Lemon
- 3 or 4 Chopped green onion

A. Preparing the cranberry mixture
To create the perfect cranberry mixture for your dip, follow these simple steps:
- Rinse fresh cranberries thoroughly
- Chop cranberries finely using a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl.
B. Chopping jalapeños safely
When handling jalapeños, safety is key. Here's how to chop them without any mishaps:
- Wear disposable gloves to protect your hands
- Remove stems and seeds from jalapeños
- Finely dice the jalapeños using a sharp knife, Wash hands thoroughly after handling, even if wearing gloves
- Chop green onion, and cilantro.

- Add sugar, and lemon juice on top of cranberry mixture and stir gently until blended.
