- 2 cups raw pecans halves
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt

- First, in a bowl combine the pecans, oil, chopped rosemary, and salt. For added nutty flavor, soak the nuts for 20 minutes in warm water first.
- Next, turn the Air Fryer on and set to 300 F (150 C).
- When ready, add pecans in the basket in a single layer and roast for 8 minutes
- Once it reaches the halfway mark, shake the basket to make sure they're roasting evenly. You can cook them for an additional 2 minutes if you want them extra toasty. Watch carefully to prevent burning - they cook fast!
- Once golden brown, transfer the pecans to a plate and let them cool completely before storing in a container or a jar for up to 3 weeks.
Instructions for Roasting in Oven
- In a bowl combine the pecans, oil, chopped rosemary, and salt. For more a nutty flavor, you can try soaking the nuts for 20 minutes, but this is optional.
- Next, preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- When ready, place the pecans in a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place the sheet into the oven and bake for 8 to 12 or until the nuts are toasted and fragrant.

Variations
Some variations include: cinnamon and sugar, tossing them in your favorite Indian spices, use your favorite spice blend to toast the nuts in, or toasting them with no seasonings at all.
