I usually plan my meals for the whole week – breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner so that I can shop groceries accordingly. Today I am sharing my meal plan with you for the week. Although this meal plan is vegeterian , feel free to make your own tweaks and add your healthy organic meat portions. Be smart and don;t freak out with the ingredient list as I have tried to list every single ingredient required. Most of these ingredients are usually easily available at home. If you don’t have a veggie, don’t sweat, replace it with the veggies you have. Try something new, recreate your own recipe.
