Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers: Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. For the authentic viral look, use a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to create paper-thin slices.
- Add grated onions, minced garlic, dill and lemon juice to the mix.
- Combine: Add yogurt over the cucumbers and onion and toss gently to coat.
