Wash and cut cauliflower into florets. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients, water, and buffalo sauce until smooth. Add florets to the bowl and coat with sauce.
Coat the air fryer with cooking spray. Add florets in a single layer.
Air fry them at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or Bake in a Preheated oven 450°F for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the buffalo wings glaze. Mix Buffalo Hot Sauce, and melted butter. Set it aside.
Once cauliflower is done cooking, transfer to a bowl. When ready to serve, cover with sauce, then toss to coat.
