Air Fryer Cabbage Steaks

INGREDIENTS

Cut the cabbage into 3/4" thick steaks. Make your cuts go from from top to bottom and keep the internal core intact.

First, mix the oil and all spices in a bowl. Next, brush the oil mixture liberally on all sides of each cabbage steak.

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup water into the bottom of your air fryer basket.

Cook the cabbage steaks for 8 minutes. For crispier edges, add 2 more minutes and check again. Repeat the process until all cabbage steaks are cooked.
