HOW TO MAKE

Air fryer kale chips offer a tasty, healthy alternative to potato  chips and other fried snacks. Crispy and perfectly seasoned, these wholesome snacks will satisfy any crunchy, salty craving you have.  

Kale Cooking Oil Or Spray Salt Pepper Paprika Lemon Wedge

KEY INGREDIENTS

First, wash and pat the kale dry. Next, tear the leaves from the spice and cut into about 3 to 4 inch pieces.

Once you have formed chips, spray or massage in the oil, making sure to coat them evenly.

Next, lay the kale leaves in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Finally, air fry for 3 minutes at 375 F degrees or until they get crispy.

Alternatively, you can bake them by placing them in your oven at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges start browning.

You can serve them alongside sandwiches, salads, or just as a quick snack on their own.
