Arroz Con leches Mexican Rice Pudding

Arroz con leche or Mexican rice pudding is a super easy to make dessert or snack. You can serve this creamy dish either warmed up or cold, which makes it a delicious choice for just about any time of year.

– Milk – Water  – Salt  – Long-grain white rice – Vanilla extract – Sweetened condensed milk GARNISH – Cinnamon powder – Chopped pecans – Raisins

INGREDIENTS

First, pour the water, milk, and salt into the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Next, add in the rice and let it sit.

Close and lock the lid. Move the seal to the “Sealing” position. Press “Porridge” and give it a few minutes to come up to pressure for 20 minutes.

When the timer goes off, release the pressure naturally for about 10 minutes and then do a quick release of the remaining pressure.

After the pressure valve has dropped, open the lid and pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and stir until combined.
