Crispy Falafel Recipe

Making Falafel from scratch is easier than you think and so much  more healthier. Ultra crispy on the outside and perfectly moist and fluffy on the inside. Chickpeas, herbs and spices is all you need to bake them, air fry them or cook them in your aebleskiver pan.

• Dried Chickpeas  • Parsley  • Onion • Cilantro • Garlic Cloves • Dill Leaves • Cumin • Baking Powder • Coriander Powder • Cayenne Pepper • Sesame Seeds • Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS

Soak the chickpeas overnight. Combine with herbs in food processor. Form the mixture into balls or patties. Coat with oil.

To bake, place falafel on the baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for about 30 mins, flipping once halfway through. Bake until golden brown from the outside.

For the Air Fryer or Mealthy Crisp Lid, air fry the Falafel at 375 F for 6-7 minutes first, then carefully flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until golden brown.

For the aebleskiver, heat oil in each cavity until hot.  Place each falafel ball into the cavity and cook for 10-14 minutes flipping them once.
