Sugar Water Ghee Ground Cashew Flour  Edible Silver Leaves

INGREDIENTS

Add the sugar and water to the inner pot and mix well. Next, close the lid, seal the vent and pressure cook for 10 minutes at high pressure. Quick release pressure.

PRESSURE COOK

Open the lid of the Instant Pot and add ghee and almond or cashew flour. Once added, stir the ingredients together until it forms a thick paste and starts leaving the sides.

STIR

After 2 minutes, scoop out the paste onto a silicone mat or greased thali. Spread it evenly until it is about ¼ of an inch thick. Roll with a rolling pin to make it even.

ROLL

Garnish with a spread of edible silver leaves covering the entire area. Let it set for 10 minutes before using a pizza cutter to cut it into diamond shapes.
