INGREDIENTS

First, soak the chickpeas overnight or place in boiling water for at least an hour. Next, drain the water and add the chickpeas to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.

SOAK

Once the chickpeas are in, pour in the water and pressure cook for 40 minutes or until soft. Then, peel the skins off the chickpeas.

COOK

Finally, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

PROCESS

Serve with your favorite dippables like fruits, nuts, crackers, and pretzels.
