This Indian paneer cheese recipe is super easy to make, requires no prep, uses only 2 ingredients and requires only a few hours of inactive rest.

Full Fat Milk

Vinegar Or Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

First, pour the milk and vinegar into the Instant Pot. Close the lid, seal the vent, and then pressure cook for 4 minutes followed by a natural pressure release.

Once the pressure has released stir the curdled milk. Next, pour the mixture through a tofu press lined with cheese cloth so that the whey drains.

Finally, before serving, cut the paneer into squares before serving or using in your favorite recipe.

Paneer cheese can be eaten raw or added to one of your favorite recipes!
