Lauki (Bottle Gourd) Cumin Seeds | Green Chilis Onion | Tomato Turmeric Powder | Cilantro Salt And Pepper

INGREDIENTS

Wash, peel and cut up the bottle gourd. Saute the cumin seeds in  oil until they sputter. Saute onion for 2 minutes.

BOTTLE GOURD

Next add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder and lauki/bottle gourd pieces and mix well. Pour in the water and make sure to scrape if any spice is sticking to the pot.

SPICES

Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release. Open the lid. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sprinkle some black pepper powder and mix well.

COOK

Lauki Ki Sabji/Bottle Gourd Curry is ready, serve hot with roti & Dal.
