Olive Oil | Carrots | Onion Celery | Zucchini Petite Diced Tomatoes Kidney Beans | Tomato Sauce Vegetable Broth | Salt Italian Seasoning | Pepper Spinach Leaves | Shell Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Heat the oil on 'sauté' mode, once hot add onion and garlic.  Next, sauté the vegetables until lightly caramelized, (around 3 minutes.)

SAUTE

Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Then press cancel. Finally, add in the remaining ingredients and stir fully.

COMBINE

Securely lock the pressure cooker's lid in place and set it for 6 minutes on high pressure.  After the timer goes off, perform a 'quick release' of pressure and carefully open the lid.

COOK

Serve the soup hot with your choice of garlic bread or regular bread.
