Soft Tacos


Spicy potato soft tacos are an easy meal that everyone in the family will love. This yummy take on a Taco Bell favorite will keep you from hitting the drive thru and satisfy everyone in your family.

White Or Corn Tortilla Iceburg Lettuce Shredded Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Potatoes Cilantro Avocado crema for garnish Avocados | Sour Cream Lime | Cilantro Kosher Salt | Garlic Cloves Chopped Parsley Or Rosemary


First, prepare the breakfast potatoes. If using left over breakfast potatoes then, you could warm them in the microwave for about 30 to 60 seconds or until warmed through.

Air fry your potatoes.  Next, heat your shells in the microwave for about 30  seconds. This helps to soften them and make them a bit more flexible.

Once the potatoes and shells are ready, scoop in about 3 tablespoons of potatoes into each tortilla. Start making your avocado cream.

To make the avocado crema, add all the ingredients in a blender jar and blitz until smooth.

Finally, top your tacos with avocado crema, top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and cilantro. You can also add additional toppings if you like.
