Loose Leaf Black Tea Star Anise Cardamom Cinnamon Stick Vanilla Bean Tamarind Powder Sugar Sweetened Condensed Milk Evaporated Or Whole Milk

INGREDIENTS

First, steep the tea and spices in boiling water for 5 minutes.  You can also do this step in the Instant Pot.

STEEP

After 5 minutes, strain the tea and allow it to cool completely. Next, stir the sugar and milk in a pot until completely dissolved.

STRAIN

When the milk is ready, take two tall glasses and fill them with ice cubes or shavings to the top. Finally, fill ¾ of the glass with tea and then top off the glass with the milk.
