Hakka noodles are a street style Indo-Chinese noodle dish just bursting with flavor and color. You'll love it!

INGREDIENTS

Chings Hakka Noodles Sesame Oil | Garlic | Ginger Thai Green Chili | Onion | Carrot Green Beans | Cabbage | Bell Peppers Sugar | Black Pepper | Salt SAUCE Soy Sauce | Rice Vinegar Sriracha Sauce | Chili Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil noodles in hot water, strain and immediately rinse with cold water. Drizzle with some oil. Mix and keep it aside.

 In a hot wok, add the oil and  sesame oil, garlic, ginger and chilies and fry for a few seconds.  Stir fry vegetables over high heat for 1 minute.

Next, add in soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper, mix well. Add the boiled noodles and give it a nice toss. Finally, sprinkle with green onion and chili oil, toss once.

Dish it out and serve hot.
