Broccoli Florets | Oil Asafoetida | Mustard Seeds Curry Leaves | Ginger Garlic | Green Chillies Salt | Cilantro Fresh Lemon Juice
In a microwave-safe bowl, half cook the broccoli florets in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
Heat oil and temper it with asafoetida, curry leaves, slit green chillies and mustard seeds. Once the seeds start to crackle add the ginger and garlic.
After a minute, add the broccoli florets. and salt to taste and allow it to cook stirring occasionally. Cook the broccoli until tender.
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish it with cilantro. Voila, broccoli is ready.
