Cauliflower Head Oil Turmeric Paprika Garlic Salt Lime Juice
Thoroughly wash the cauliflower. Trim the leaves and the bottom stem, leaving the core intact. First cut through the center of the cauliflower head to make sure the florets are intact. Then cut thick, 1 inch slices.
Mix oil, turmeric, paprika, garlic, salt and lime juice. Spread the mixture on the steaks and let them sit for an hour if you have the time. If not they are good to go in the fryer.
Place steaks in a single layer in the inner basket of the Air Fryer. Air fry them for 15 minutes flipping them in between. Time and temperature might vary slightly depending on your Air Fryer brand.
You can also cook them in the oven. Place steaks on a bare or parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with quinoa cooked in the Instant Pot, tahini, cranberries and some fresh cilantro.
