Instructions

How to make Kale Chips in Air Fryer

Here’s how to make kale chips in the air fryer:

  • First, wash and pat the kale dry.
  • Next, tear the leaves from the spice and cut into about 3 to 4 inch pieces.
  • Once you have formed chips, spray or massage in the oil, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Next, lay the kale leaves in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Finally, air fry for 3 minutes at 375 F degrees or until they get crispy.

How to bake kale chips in oven

To start, wash and dry the kale. Once they are dry, remove the leaves from the stems and then spread the oil and seasonings on the leaves.

Next, place them in your oven at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges start browning.

Notes

  • Don’t skip the oil spray, this helps to crisp them up.
  • Make sure to make the chips about the same size.
  • Once they get crispy, take them out of the oven or air fryer to avoid burning them.
