Throw in the milk, leftover rice, dates and cinnamon. Close the lid and seal the vent.
Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes, irrespective of the rice you use. Manually release the pressure.
If cooking on a stove top, combine rice, milk, dates and cinnamon in a saucepan. Simmer until it's thick and creamy.
Serve it warm or allow it to cool and garnish with fresh, dried fruits, nuts or seeds.
