Garlic Potato Wedges


Crispy Air Fryer Homemade Potato Wedges - Seasoned with herbs, these Potato Wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.



• Potatoes • Oil • Garlic Salt • Rosemary • Smoked Paprika • Parsley • Oregano


Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. Do not peel. Soak the potato wedges in warm water for 10 minutes. While they are soaking, mix the oil and spices together.

Evenly coat the wedges with the seasoning. Spread the wedges evenly in the air fryer basket. Air fry them for at least 15 -20 minutes at 400°F.

If using the Instant Pot crisp lid, place wedges in a wire basket in the pot. Set crisp lid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 400°F (200°C) and cook potatoes for 15 minutes.

Or bake in the oven. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a large baking tray with the skin side down. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes, turning wedges half way through baking time.
