Notes

Balance is Key: Remember, balance is crucial. The sweetness of balsamic, the creaminess of mozzarella, and the freshness of basil all need a hint of salt to pop.Fresh Over Dry: If possible, use fresh herbs such as basil or oregano over dried versions for a burst of fresh flavor.Taste and Tweak: Always taste your salad as you go. Ingredients vary in intensity, and your palate will guide you best.Citrus Zest: Consider adding a zest of lemon to brighten the dish.Pepper: Freshly ground black pepper adds a subtle spice that complements the tomato's acidity.
