  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika / Red chili powder
  • 8 oz Homemade or Store-bought Cheese Sauce / Queso
  • 4 oz Sour Cream

  • Prepping the Raw IngredientsPreparation is key to the perfect Fiesta Potatoes. Start by washing your russet potatoes thoroughly.
  • Then dice into half-inch cubes - not too small, not too big; just right for a crispy outside and fluffy inside.
  • Pat these dry to ensure a nice, crispy fry later.
  • In a small bowl, mix the potatoes together with oil and spices: garlic powder, and paprika. Now, you're all set to cook!
  • How to make Fiesta Potatoes using deep frying methodReady, set, cook! First, heat up vegetable or olive oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add potatoes carefully and let them fry until they're golden brown with a lovely crunchy coat - around 10-12 minutes.
