Notes

Do's:Do preheat your air fryer to ensure your gnocchi starts cooking immediately and evenly.Do use a light hand with the oil – a misting is all you need.Do season generously. A little salt and spice go a long way in flavor town.Do give them space. Spreading out the gnocchi prevents them from steaming and encourages crispiness.Do give them a good shake or stir about halfway through cooking to promote even browning and crunch.Don'ts:Don't overcrowd the basket. Resisting the temptation to cook all at once will reward you with better texture.Don't spare the seasoning. Plain gnocchi is a missed opportunity for great flavor.Don't skip the shake! It's crucial for that all-around golden crust.Don't ignore your intuition. If they look done before the timer dings, trust your eyes—and taste buds.
