Instructions

  • Using the saute function, heat the Instant Pot Elderberry Syrup.
  • Next add the sweetener like agave or maple syrup and agar agar and whisk continuously until the syrup thickens.
  • Using the dropper carefully pour the thick syrup into each cavity of the mold until the top.
  • Refrigerate and chill for an hour until they become firm and can be easily removed from the molds.
  • Once ready, remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an air tight container for upto 2 months in the refrigerator.
