Ingredients

  • 15-20 figs/ dried
  • 15-20 dates/pitted
  • ½ cup cashews/ chopped
  • ½ cup almonds/ chopped
  • ½ cup pistachios / chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Figs & Dates.
  • In a non-stick pan dry roast the dry-fruits(Cashews,almonds, Pistachios). keep it aside.
  • Blend the fig and dates in a food processor .
  • Add the fig and date it to a non-stick pan and cook till its smooth,sticky and thick.
  • Add in the chopped nuts and mix it well till it come together.
  • Grease a small tray. spread the fig & date dry-fruit mixture evenly
  • .Cool it completely. Cut it in small bite size .
