Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, peeled & sliced
  • 1 apple, cored & cut into cubes
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into cubes
  • 10 grapes
  • 6 strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 8 blackberries, cut into half
  • ¼ papaya, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon kala or sendha namak
  • 1 orange, guava, kiwi, nectarine, plum (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruits by peeling and cutting them.
  • Add the cut fruit in a bowl.
  • Add the spices, chaat masala, red chili powder,black pepper powder, kala or sendha namak and juice of a lemon.
  • Mix the ingredients well and serve.
