Scooping: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mashing: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado until you reach your desired consistency.
Add flavor: Stir in a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon to enhance the flavor and slow down browning.
Spread the prepared mash over your crispy toast and pick your favorite topping from below.
