  • 2 Avocadoes, halved
  • 4 thick slices of Bread of sourdough, multigrain or our No-Knead Ciabatta Bread.
  • Salt, a pinch
  • ½ Lime or lemon juice
  • For Avocado Mash with Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • Spiralized Cucumber with Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ½ Persian cucumber spiralized or ribbons
  • ½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Slices with Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 5-6 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1 cherry tomato sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Avocado Mash with Feta or Cotija Crumble or Paneer and Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta or Cotija cheese or Paneer
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • How to make Avocado ToastToasting: Toast your bread in a toaster or better yet air fry it for that perfectly crispy crunchy texture. Check out Air Fryer Toast Bread Recipe. While the bread is toasting prepare the mash.
  • Scooping: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mashing: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Add flavor: Stir in a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon to enhance the flavor and slow down browning.
  • Spread the prepared mash over your crispy toast and pick your favorite topping from below.
  • For Avocado Mash with Chili Flakes: Sprinkle a generous amount of chili flakes on top or adjust the salt to taste.
  • For Spiralized Cucumber with Everything Bagel Seasoning: Layer spiralized cucumber over the avocado mash. Finish with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
  • For Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Slices with Everything Bagel Seasoning: Arrange thin slices of cucumber and cherry tomato on the avocado mash. Season generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  • For Avocado Mash with Feta or Cotija or Paneer Crumble and Pomegranate Arils: Top your avocado mash with crumbled feta or cotija cheese or paneer and add pomegranate arils for a burst of color and sweetness.

Notes
