Melt the Chocolate using traditional oven
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the chocolate bars on a parchment paper on a tray
Melt the chocolate for around 3-5 minute
Remove the tray and create swirls in the chocolate using tooth picks to confirm that the chocolate has melted.
Prepare the Jalebi: You can use whole Jalebi's or cut jalebi into small, bite-sized pieces as per your liking.
Layer It Up: Line a tray with parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate evenly. Dot with jalebi pieces, gently pressing them in.
Garnish: Sprinkle flavored cardamom seeds, edible rose petals, or crushed pistachios on top.
Chill: Refrigerate until set (about 45 minutes). You can also freeze it for a quicker setting time.
Break Apart: Cut or snap into rustic bark pieces.
