No-Fry Vermicelli Pakodas/Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vermicelli /cooked
  • 1 cup Gram Flour / Besan
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 Onions /chopped finely
  • 3 Green chillies /chopped finely
  • ½ cup frozen organic corn kernels
  • Coriander leaves /chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • few tablespoon Water for binding

Instructions

  • Heat water in a pot, once it boils, add in vermicelli and cook till cooked around 7 to 8 mins. Drain it and cool it down. Set aside.
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.make small lemon size balls.coat them with rice flour.
  • Heat the appe pan .add few drops of oil. add in the vermicelli balls in each hole and put the heat to medium and let it cook for 6-8 minutes .
  • Keep rotating them, so you get nice and even color .
  • When cooked serve them them ketchup or green chutney and see them vanish :D

Notes

For gulten free version.. use rice vermicelli
You can even use rice flour for binding the fritters
