Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls or pav
  • 1 ½ cup pav bhaji day old preferred
  • 3 tablespoon spicy garlic chutney
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  • 4-6 to cheese slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F or air fryer to 320°F. Slice dinner rolls horizontally as one slab.
  • Base layer: Place bottom rolls in baking dish, spread garlic chutney evenly.
  • Add filling: Spread pav bhaji over chutney, top with chopped onions and bell peppers.
  • Cheese layer: Add cheese slices, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.Sprinkle pav bhaji masala .
  • Top and butter: Place top rolls over filling, brush with butter cilantro mixture.
  • Bake: Cover with foil, bake 10 minutes, remove foil and bake 5 to 6 minutes more until cheese melts.
