Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen Ravioli homemade or store bought
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1.5 cups panko mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • oil to coat the ravioli or cooking spray
  • Serve with our homemade Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  • First, pour a cup of fresh cream into a bowl.
  • Next, add the panko mix, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese of your choice to a different bowl.
  • Take the frozen ravioli out of the bag  and place them on a plate. Do not thaw.
  • Next, use a fork to dip each ravioli in the fresh cream and then coat in the panko mix on both sides. Set aside and then repeat for all pieces.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 400 F.
  • Once all the pasta is coated with the seasonings and breadcrumbs, place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Next, brush or coat the ravioli with oil.
  • Air fry at 400 F for 4 minutes or until the outsides turn golden brown.
  • Pair it with our marinara sauce and it’s ready to be served.
