Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt, low-fat vegans can skip the yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoon water water
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder optional
  • ¼ jalapeno or 1 green chilly optional

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.Blend until you get a smooth consistency. If you need to scrape the sides and add water, do it gradually. If you want to enjoy it thick and creamy , use it as it or else add more water. Store it in an airtight container for a week and it won't go brown.
