In a large microwave-safe glass bowl, add 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup ghee, and ¾ cup milk. Mix well.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir well, then microwave again for 1 minute.
Add ½ cup sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Stir everything.
Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until the mixture thickens, turns glossy, and starts leaving the sides of the bowl (around 2 minutes).
Let it rest for 1 minute. Serve warm, topped with chopped nuts if you like.
