Ingredients

  • 8 oz garbanzo beans / chickpeas cooked
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup avocado cilantro dressing 

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together. Mix well and garnish with some cilantro.Serve it cold or room temperature.!For Lunch-To-GoAdd all the ingredients in a mason jar and pack the dressing in a separate container. Add the dressing to the salad just before eating.
