Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse quinoa thoroughly under running water to remove bitterness.
  • Add rinsed quinoa to the Instant Pot.
  • Pour in 1 cup hot water and add salt.
  • Close the lid and set valve to sealing.
  • Pressure cook on High for 1 minute.
  • Let the pressure release naturally.
  • Open the lid and fluff gently with a fork.
  • You’ll get perfectly bloomed quinoa—soft, fluffy, and separate.
