Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup Powder sugar

Instructions

  • First, add the peanuts to a food processor. Next, blend them until you reach a fine and powdery texture.
  • Once mixed, take a spatula and scrape the sides of the bowl.
  • Next, add the powdered sugar and blend until smooth. You’ll know it is ready when it has a crumbly texture and comes together when pressed with your hand.
  • Using a round cookie cutter or spoon, scoop the ground peanut mixer out of the food processor bowl and then use your hand or spatula to pack the mixture into the mold as tightly as possible.
  • You’ll want to press very hard because the more compact the mixture is the better it’ll keep its form.
  • Finally, you can carefully pop the mazapan from the mold and place on a tray or plate until you get the rest of them made.
  • Enjoy as a nice handheld candy or treat!
