Large Tortilla Wraps Falafel Mixed Greens Hummus Tzatziki Sauce Tabbouleh Salad

INGREDIENTS

Heat tortillas or flatbreads in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or warm it on a large pan for 1-2 minutes.

WARM

Spread a spoonful of hummus onto the flatbread or tortilla, and add a small amount of mixed greens.

STUFF

Place about 3 to 4 falafel balls on top of the greens. add tabbouleh , and top with tzatziki sauce. Carefully, roll the stuffed tortilla.

ROLL

You can serve falafel wraps by themselves for a filling, nutritious lunch or even dinner.
