Description
Samosa chaat is a tasty way to enjoy classic samosas. Samosas served with Chole (chickpeas), and dressed with tangy, spicy chutneys. Absolutely yum! Popular in many parts of India as street food. This is one of my favorite dishes and I made this recipe so we could enjoy a taste of India any time. I know your family will enjoy this yummy dish as much as we do!

Instructions
When getting started, you need to have samosas, chole, plain yogurt, and sweet and green chutney, the main ingredients ready to go. Or you’ll need to make them. The recipes are hyperlinked.
Once the main ingredients are ready, gather and prepare the remaining ingredients to assemble the chaat.
Assembling the Chaat
Scoop a cup of chole on a plate.
Crush or deconstruct the samosa on top of it.
Dress it up with sweet chutney and green chutney and yogurt.
Garnish with pink onions, green chili, chaat masala, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, fresh coriander, pomegranate arils and sev or bhujia.
Notes
- If you plan on making this recipe, make the chutneys, chole, and samosas ahead of time. You could make a large portion of each and use the leftovers to make this recipe.
- You can use store bought chutneys and yogurt, but the best flavor comes from homemade recipes, which we recommend using.
- Assemble the Samosa Chaat just before serving, so you can still enjoy the crunch without the dish getting soggy.
