Spaghetti  Marinara Sauce Onion Garlic  Olive Oil Basil Leaves Red Chilli Flakes Oregano Or Italian Herb Mix

INGREDIENTS

Press the Sauté button and allow the Instant Pot to heat up. Drizzle a bit of olive oil into the inner pot of your instant pot  Add in the chopped onions, garlic, oregano, basil and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

SAUTE

Break the spaghetti strands in half and spread them in one or two layers (crisscross). Do not stir from this point on. Pour the marinara sauce on top of that, add water and don't stir.

LAYER

Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.     Use tongs to stir the spaghetti, mixing the sauce throughout evenly. If the spaghetti looks a little watery at first, stirring the pasta will help the rest of the water absorb.

COOK

Season to taste, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
