Heat tortillas or flatbreads in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or warm it on a large pan for 1-2 minutes.
Spread a spoonful of hummus onto the flatbread or tortilla, and add a small amount of mixed greens.
Place about 3 to 4 falafel balls on top of the greens. add tabbouleh , and top with tzatziki sauce. Carefully, roll the stuffed tortilla.
